When I opened Annapurna's® World Vegetarian Cafe in 2002, I made a commitment to serve food as simple as possible from the earth just as nature intended and as prescribed in the Ayurvedic tradition. We are New Mexico's premiere organic plant-based restaurant serving an Ayurvedically balanced menu. As a lifetime vegetarian raised in the Ayurvedic tradition, my creativity combines tradition with local and diverse ingredients serving guests from carnivores to raw food enthusiasts.
