Sales

The daily sales report can be printed out on the Point of Sale App and accessed in the Selflane Business website. The reports from these tools are identical and are real-time data.

A daily report contains summaries on

• Number of Orders: total, closed, open, canceled.
• Summary of Sales:
  • Net Sales: Sales on menu items
  • Gross Sales: Net Sales + Tax
  • Total Sales: Net Sales + Tax + Tip + Fee (if applicable)
  • Net Sales Breakdown in Breakfast (Open-11AM), Lunch (11AM-4PM), Dinner (4PM-Close)
  • Net Sales Breakdown in Dine In, Pick Up, Delivery (if applicable), Drive-Thru (if applicable)
  • Total guests: total number of dine-in guests
  • Net Sales (Dine In) Per Guest
  • Tax
  • Tip
• Summary of Payments
  • Breakdown: Cash, Credit Card (CC), Check, Gift Card Redeem, External Credit Card
  • Breakdown on the tip: CC Tip, Check Tip, Gift Card Tip
  • Credit Card Breakdown: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex
  • Balance: Received Cash - Total Tip (CC Tip + Check Tip + Gift Card Tip)
• Balance By Server: Received Cash - Tip for each server
• P&L Breakdown: Net sales on Food, Alcohol, Beverage, Dessert, or other Custom Categories
• Discounts: A list of discounts/vouchers being given out for the entire day.
• Pay In/Out: A summary on the pay in/out for the day
