Quickly becoming a West Texas favorite. For a West Texas flavor we combine fresh avocado, jalapeno, cream cheese and fried shrimp tempura and roll it into soy paper. Then we top if off with crab stick and spicy mayonnaise.

We take fresh salmon, tuna, avocado and roll them together. Then we add "peppered" tuna, salmon and a blend of our chefs special sauces to create a flavor that is exquisite and unique.

Golden fried oysters, jalapeno rolled inside out and topped with fresh avocado. This is definitely an "East" meets "West" combination.

A forest of flavor. We start by rolling blackened tuna, jalapeno, avocado, and red bell pepper together in soy paper. Then we top it off with sweet shrimp, fresh salmon and crab.

Fresh crab, shrimp and crisp red bell pepper are wrapped together. Then topped with Black Tobiko and fresh tuna to create this red and black favorite.
