Edgewood, NM • American • $Our way of smoking meats is a slow approach. When we created these Strawberry Glazed smoked pork ribs we knew no one in the US. Has this recipe so we started working them out of our back yard to help pay for our daughters dance classes and competition then bought our first food truck, and started rolling on from there. in 2022 our truck broke down we waited one and a half years to get our second trailer to start again. and in Feb of 2024 we started again. We appreciate every one's support and are blessed to start the business again thank you so much to God and our customers who enjoy our food.
